Where we ship from

BatMew ships from Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Every order is packed by hand so your soft friend arrives ready to meet you.

Processing time

We usually prepare orders within about 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). You'll get a confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it ships with tracking when available.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia & New Zealand, using trusted carriers.

Shipping cost

Orders of 2 or more items ship free. For a single item, the shipping cost shown at checkout is what you'll pay — no surprises after the fact.

Estimated delivery after shipping

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays can add time. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country — those are the buyer's responsibility unless we say otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we'll include it in your shipping email. Please allow 1–2 business days after the "shipped" notice for the tracking link to update.

A gentle packing note

BatMew pals have soft bodies and, on some designs, movable parts that are a little delicate. We pack with care so nothing gets crushed in transit. If anything arrives damaged, tell us — we'll make it right (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
