How do I care for my BatMew?

Spot-clean gently when you can. Avoid soaking, machine washing, or high heat unless we note otherwise for a specific design.

Some pals include a tiny comb — use it lightly on the fur; don't tug hard on seams or movable parts.

Are the movable parts sturdy?

They're made to pose and play gently. Treat joints and small attachments as delicate — don't force them, and don't crush your BatMew in a bag or under heavy books. Soft love lasts longer.

Will my BatMew look exactly like the photos?

Almost — and a little uniquely theirs. Because each one is handmade, expect small differences in face, fluff, and stitching. That's the point: yours won't be a factory clone.

What's the random charm / hanging accessory?

Some orders include a surprise hanging piece or small accessory. It's part of the unboxing fun and may vary from photos. If something essential from your listing is missing, email us and we'll sort it out.

Is BatMew a toy for young children?

BatMew is a decorative / collectible soft companion, not a toy for young children. It is not for children under 3. Small parts (combs, charms, joints) can be a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of babies and toddlers.

Where do you ship from? How long does it take?

We ship from Oakville, Ontario, Canada to Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia & New Zealand. We typically prepare orders in about 3 business days. After that, North America usually arrives in about 5 business days; other destinations usually about 15 business days. Full details live on our Shipping Policy page.

Is shipping free?

Yes — when you buy 2 or more items. For a single item, shipping is calculated at checkout.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is on the customer; custom/personalized items can't be returned. See Returns & Refunds.

How is batmew.com different from Etsy BatMewPal?

Same heart, same soft weirdos. The independent shop is our home base; Etsy remains a beloved storefront. Policies here mirror the care you know from Etsy, with shipping details for our Oakville fulfillment.
